The 12th Chapter of the Getting Real E-Book, they discussed about how to do Pricing and Signup the web developer way. It tells the upcoming web developers to know how to properly price their web apps and how to make signing up to their web app easily and with much convenience.

It is told that giving out Free Samples is a great way to start up your web application. Giving free test samples for the end-users will help them gauge the quality of the web program that is being released. It will also give them time to think if they would truly be loyal to the web application.

When releasing the web application it is suggested that customer should be given the opportunity to go Easy on, Easy off from the program. This simply means that whenever the end-users would sign up to the web application, they should have an easy time signing up. They would just click a button with the value “Sign Up”. On the other way around, end-users should have an easy time cancelling their accounts with just a click away. But whenever they will opt to cancel their account, web developers should keep back-ups of their accounts for when the end-users wants to go back, their accounts would be just on stand by giving them the feeling of importance.

It is advised that SIlly rabbit, tricks are for kids only. This basically means that web developers should not trick their end-users. Web programmers should not do any tricky things to take advantage and gain more money from their clients.

It is also suggested that when giving out news to the end-users, web developers should use a Softer bullet to send the message. This means that when giving out news such as pay increases, web developers should make the news as soft as possible for the end-users. They should not be angered by the sudden increase, all they want is the slow impact of the news. They should be given importance because they are the ones who are using the application.
